Vipassana is the Pali (language of Buddhism) translation of ‘insight’, and Dina can guide you in meditations known to provide insights.

Dina can also teach you how to do these meditations on your own — she loves helping people access their own intuition.


 
 

Structure

Dina can follow her intuition each day on what to guide you and help you with. Or you can share what you are looking for, and she can design a program for you; or you can ask questions during each session about your practice or anything coming up in your personal or professional life.

Personal Meditation Teacher Training 

Dina is Lead Teacher of The Path’s renowned Meditation Teacher Training program, and she can take you through this 12 week course 1:1, so you can learn: (a) the essentials of Buddhist wisdom and how it can bring us from suffering towards joy; (b) a variety of meditations you’ll then know for the rest of your life; (c) weekly ‘off the cushion’ mindfulness challenges you can apply to your daily life; (d) neuroscience about how and why meditation is so powerful; and (e) lessons (optional) about how to guide others.

Dina can also adapt this program for you, teaching additional styles of meditation; going deeper on the wisdom; or offering more positive psychology challenges to help you ‘off the cushion’ in your daily life..
