Unshakable - Cultivating Calm and Presence
A one-day meditation retreat to shift towards joy & equanimity.
Saturday, September 23rd | Private Home in Flatiron | Guided by Dina Kaplan & Leon Ford
11:00am - 6:15pm, including lunch, snacks, & an optional celebratory dinner party
This retreat is for all levels from beginner to advanced.
Join us for a meditation retreat to move towards equanimity. And to feel calm, present, and clear. Together we’ll enjoy meditations, inspiring Buddhist wisdom, meals, snacks, conversation — and the joy of being in community. Emerge feeling relaxed, refreshed, and inspired.
Through mindfulness and meditation, we can train our minds to be more even. To feel calm and clear — and not let others set us off our path for the day.
With this, we can live with more equanimity. Moving through our day with kindness, relaxation, and compassion.
On this retreat, in community, we will cultivate this feeling of calm. Learn to live with more lightness. And have fun, too. Dina & Leon live with an infectious joy, and we would love to have you join us & immerse yourself in their positive energy. We are excited to have you join us and find inspiration and wisdom to live with more ease — and delight.
We are welcoming a maximum of 25 retreaters, so please RSVP soon if you’d like to join us. All spots are non-refundable.
Location
We will gather at a beautiful private apartment in Flatiron (address will be shared upon registration).
