Mindset Reset (Live!) | To Transform Your Year
A live, two-month course to shift towards mindfulness & joy — in community.
Surrounded by inspiring like-minded peers, we’ll meet for 8 live classes to learn new meditations each week, enjoy accountability for a daily practice, learn inspiring Buddhist wisdom on living with more freedom & delight, and enjoy new challenges each week to practice bringing mindfulness — into your daily life.
Eight Weekly Gatherings | In Sangha | To Support & Advance Your Path
Neuroscience research tells us the most important aspect of meditation is consistency — join us to learn new meditations each week; maintain true consistency & accountability with your practice; enjoy sharing & asking questions; and to increase awareness in your daily life with the support, kindness and care of an uplifting community.
Schedule: Mondays from 6:30 - 7:30pm ET (one hour) beginning February 3rd.
Join us:
Immerse in Community.
It is so nourishing to be in sangha, feeling supported in a community of like-minded people focused on bolstering our practice each day — on and off the cushion. In community we also stay accountable with our practice and weekly challenges to bring mindfulness and awareness into our daily lives, shifting us towards well-being and equanimity. In each class by The Path, participants emerge as friends, inspiring each other in every aspect of their path.
Advance Your Path.
Each week you’ll enjoy new Buddhist wisdom about shifting from suffering and dissatisfaction — to living with more joy, freedom & ease. In class we’ll discuss and break down the wisdom; and share how it can apply to your life, even now. Each week you’ll also learn new challenges to incorporate mindfulness and awareness “off the cushion” and into your daily life. At the start of the new year, this is the time to get consistent with your practice and to advance your path with the warmth and kindness of your classmates.
Share & Receive Inspiration.
Whether you seek support or inspiration on your meditation practice, have a question about wisdom, or seek counsel about something in your life, this is your chance to share and receive feedback and advice from peers and lead teacher Dina Kaplan. This is a safe space to ask questions and receive help on questions that come up in your life and with your practice — and to begin supporting others in the class, too. And even with good intentions, it can be difficult to maintain a daily meditation practice on your own. The sangha will support and inspire you to stay true to your highest path.
Join From Anywhere.
The program will be online, so you can join from anywhere — at home, at work, on vacation, or wherever you are.
