COVID Release: The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact via respiratory droplets. The Path ("Company") has put in place preventative measures to the best of its ability to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, the Company cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending Mela (“Event”) on the ninth (9th) day of February to the eleventh (11th) day of February 2024 could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.
Liability Waiver: You agree to indemnify and hold The Path and Will Kabat-Zinn harmless from and against any and all damages, costs, claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising from or relating to your use.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancel before December 8th for a full refund. Cancel before January 5th for a 50% refund. After that, no cancellations or refunds. There is a $225 fee for all refunds due to charges from our payment processor.}
